Well I was wondering with servant position (not frontline and backline though). Is there any effect to servant position take in? Like Merlin or Tamacas / any Support Servant taken position in middle or front, Is it become always attacked from enemy? or if any offensive attacker like Jalter, etc in back position is it become less attacked from enemies?

positioning has no impact on combat so order them however you like. Most of the times the AI picks randomly who to attack unless is a gimmick fight like that recent quests against salter, where she always targeted casters first.
Enemy attacks are completely RNG based, except in certain special occasions (Taunt skills, Salter Memorial Quest, etc). Servant front line order is not known to affect anything so far.
Usually it doesn't matter but I remember that in one quest servant on front gets permanent traunt effect
