Kiara buff
Kiara just got an awesome buff in JP. Anybody else really thinking of rolling for her now?
I was gonna use all my Kiara quartz on the Gil banner during the pre-CCC event but now Kiara feels...really viable.
I don’t play JP so I’m interested in hearing what you think.

That 30% arts resist down? Very succulent for a artsbro like me...
Combined with that -30% def down, the arts hits can cause up to +60% dmg for one turn...Saberlot, Casgil and Chloe will have a even more wonderful time murdering bosses now.
On the other hand, now I am in doubt if I even should roll for Okita...ugh, pure F2P thug life is hard. And there is Holmes...
Oh, there is a Million DL Commemoration Pickup Summon for her next year, around February...but I will likely save for Fujinon...

No, she got another buff today in JP.
AOE buff removal on her AOE NP drain skill and the cooldown got reduced to 8 turns at base (6 turns max).
Holmes and Arthur are the #1 and #2 servants I want this year...I feel you. Especially Holmes since he comes when all the summer servants are here. I will have to make a difficult decision.

She was already good when used properly. Now she’ll be a top-tier challenge quest servant, especially with Tamamo’s recent buff. AOE buff removal AND NP drain is just so useful in so many situations, though it’s going to be two years until that happens.

It is a weird buff. Kiara's NP already ignores invincibility and def. So it is kinda redundant unless you use Kiara as a support to solely remove enemies buffs. It doesn't fix Kiara's main drawback: her NP damage is quite underwhelming.
That said, she is still a decent servant. But no way this buff will make her Gil tier. Just roll for Gil.
