Merlin's Banner and Babylonia Anime

Just stumbled upon this guy's video on YT in which he listed 10 limited SSRs who havent got solo rateup rerun for the longest time in JP. Merlin, Ishtar, and KH are ranked 2, 3, and 4 respectively but the guy predicted all three's banner gonna come back when Babylonia anime airs and dry our wallet at once. I also notice if we follow JP's old schedule, we on NA are gonna get Merlin's banner on milestone download banner so...
do you think we on NA gonna get Merlin rateup twice this year??

My answer is likely not but hopefully I'm wrong.
As you referenced, JP hit the 10M downloads at the end of September 2017 and part of the celebration summoning banner was a week of Merlin rate up (plus other stuff and servants rate up later). I don't know where we are for downloads but I'll assume we're behind due to less advertising but I'm speculating. https://grandorder.wiki/10M_Downloads_Campaign
Regarding the anime, based on Apocrypha, I'd guess we won't get anything this year. Although we may get something due to heavens feel and the recent craft essences.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm getting my hope high as well because as you said there were those Heaven's Feel CEs. Heck we also got the FGO Tour and guess whose visual was revealed in the USA Event! Still crossing my fingers!
