MLB White Rose or not?

I'd MLB-ed it, although it doesn't have many uses outside of event.

I MLB'd it for the event for the 200% attack up.

Personally outside the event, the additional 10% NP charge after you MLB isn't really worth it. But you should look into keeping a least 1-2 copies as there aren't a lot of guts CEs widely available and they can be useful for last stands or your berserkers.

Do it, but it doesn't have much use since if you need np charging, chaldea lifesavers is much better, and tanks make the most use of it
