I need Phoenix feathers for ascension and skill level ups, which upcoming Halloween event is the best for farming Phoenix feathers? I heard that the Christmas events are lottery based, so does any of those have Phoenix feathers in them?

the new halloween event will have 20 in the store and be able to farm it in the Graveyard of departure node. christmas rerun has none but he subsequent new christmas event has 20 in the shop and two nodes where it can be farmed, Snowstorm and Large Snowflakes. neither has any in the lotto boxes.
