The other ones appear to be someone related to challenge quests or the current banner, hence the popularity, but Tiamat is an NPC.
And how does that section work anyway? Does is it count the number of people viewing that servant's profile or something else?

Lmao i think its mostly consistent with the memes that appear on
/r grandorder there was a tiamat one recently, hans new strenghtning quest buff is being discussed
