Any idea when you will release the simulator for her banner? I’m itching to try my luck.

The simulator for an event will generally be released at the start of said event.
But you can try your luck at the other banners. Since Illyasviel is a single rate up 5*, you can go to Jeanne Alter's Pickup summon, and hopefully get her before 300SQ.
