Rule of thumb is, if the free quartz was all that was given out and the event was in commemoration of something that is purely Japan-centric (streaming, JP twitter, stage play, etc) then NA probably won't get it.
As for how much quartz we will get from events, each event gives out a different amount, some give none at all. All of them, however, do have at least 3 SQ as an apology for maintenance, 1 per hour, which, from last time, it seems will hold true for any unexpected delays as well (21 hours of maintenance = 21 SQ). I wouldn't count on these delays being normal though, last time was only because of something to do with the iOS store apparently, it wasn't really even an issue with the actual server.
Bearing all that in mind, and assuming the following:
- We get 3 quartz for maintenance apology for all events from here on
- We get the 3 quartz from social media for each event release (not certain btw)
- You complete all main and free quests in Babylonia
- You collect the weekly login rewards
- You complete all master missions
a good estimate of the amount of free SQ we will get by the first week of December is 140, not counting total login bonuses and interludes/rank-up quests. JP also got 30 additional quartz for completing Babylonia before the final chapter release. I didn't count that because I was less sure that NA would get it, but if we do, bump the estimate up to 170.
