Rank Up Quest Half AP
So I've had some Servants waiting on their 4th Ascension, such as Arash, Lubu, and Medea, hoping for when a time will come that their Rank Up Quest AP costs get halved. Anyone know when such a time will come again, or at least an approximation for it?
Additionally, if only a select number of Servants will receive that half AP Cost bonus, can anyone suggest what other Servants I should be raising up to their 4th Ascension to take advantage of these future discounts?
