Regarding recent news

So they'll probably just give out the exchange tickets for the CEs at the 2 year event as they came out in JP without the need to do the memorial quests.

Shinjuku will probably be officially announced at the main event day of the USA tour this Sunday with a release that Monday or shortly thereafter.

Edit: Someone on the subreddit suggested that they might just rerun the same quests at the anniversary anyway and it may or may not recognize if you've cleared already or you'll just have to do it again for the CEs. Personally this would be a really strange way for them to kill time until Shinjuku instead of just running half ap dailies, so it seems unlikely they'll do these same quests again in just a few months.

In JP, Shinjuku followed the Valentine's event (by 2 days, strangely). So I'd expect it to do the same here (though maybe not the two day delay).

Dunno about the memorial quests, but new content usually drops Thursday evenings in the US, so my guess is Shinjuku will come then.
