Hello everyone ! First time posting here, hope I'll do it well : )
I would like to start playing to the JP version of the game. Unfortunately I don't speak japanese (started learning, but the reading is very far away...), and I dont want to keep browsing the Internet for each bit of text.
My question is : do you know an android app which is able to translate the screen content (the same way as google translate allows you to translate a text you take a picture of) ? I tried a lot but none worked properly (maybe some japanese speakers know some japanese apps doing so) ?

Nope. Look up translations and try to memorize certain kanji to get what certain things might be saying or learn kanji. Everyone that doesn't know take the time to look up translations and guides for events. No easy way sorry.
Some of the menu options have English written underneath them.
The first menu has "party", "support", "card", "second archive" written under the japanese text.
Tho it's quite tiny, (inside that blue line, under the text)
Same is the case for some other menus, if that helps navigating better for you. As far as I know, only the My Room menu does not have that stuff written on it. Shop, and leveling menus have English text beneath them as well.
Yeah like what the other people said as well. There isn’t really any translation to say what is what. But just from playing the English version so much, I’ve gotten used to just knowing where everything is. The only problem is not knowing what the new CE’s do and such and I just randomly put them on my servants basically. And if you’ve already played a lot of the English version, then you don’t really “need to read” the story and such on the JP version (as you already know what’s going on).
But yeah, you and I are in the same boat; not really being able to read Japanese. Hope my comment was helpful somehow
Yeah I guess I'm just going to try this way, I'm also quite used to the US version so the menu navigation should be fine. It's just about the CEs, the skills and NPs and all those popup menus entirely in japanese that kept appearing when I first tried the game... Never really sure what you answer : )
