Lottery events, Nero Fest in September and Santa Jalter Christmas rerun in November and Santilla Christmas in December. Side note, while it doesn't list gems in the lottery info there, they were present in the Santa Jalter event despite not being listed in the JP event of common items (on Fandom), so I think it's safe to assume they will be there.
