I think we won't have her banner for awhile. I'm guessing, we'll be getting Halloween rerun and new Halloween event back to back after this. Maybe she'll show up after Babylonia.

Most likely DW is trying to tease us with all the anticipation for her so that when she's actually out...many more will whale for her due to the long wait and expectation.

Tbh I think this is just another filler week with a random bait banner like always, if you look at the JP scedule the Jalter banner started at the 5., the 1/2 AP Campaign ends on the 3.
They very likely just aim to bring the US scedule exactly 2 years behind JP so that it is easier to coordinate seasonal events etc.

If you ask me what this is about, this is what I think:

The biggest advantage that NA players have is that we can plan out two years in advance how we want to spend quartz. This is a huge since you can't really get 'baited' on less valuable banners if you utilize some self discipline. But if you have no idea what's coming, you're going to impulse spend your quartz; and when something else comes out that you REALLY want, you're going to have to buy more quartz to get it.

This is my opinion, here are your grains of salt.

My money is on Thanksgiving for the 7 mil campaign.. cause it will have a bunch of goodies
