Star Weight by class

I know Riders have the biggest star weight and that berserkers and avengers have the lowest. What classes are in between and how far apart are their weights? if you could include all the extra classes that would be great.

Sabers tend to average about 100 Star Weight.
Archers about 150
Lancers 90
Riders 200
Caster 50
Assasin 100
Berserker 10
Ruler 100
Avenger 30
Kouhai XD 99

And for the coming classes

Moon Cancer 50
Alterego 100
Foreigner 150

These are all rough averages but from what I've seen any given servant is less than 5 points higher or lower than what is listed.
