Is it better to roll 10 times or should i just roll 1 time each?

Well, 10 pulls guarantee you something, but for a specific 5 star, the odds should be the same. So, if you get the 5 star at the beginning of your 10 roll you could say that you wasted 27 quarts. Realistically though, unless you literally don't care about getting anything else, you probably are better off using SQ for 10s and using tickets for singles.

10 rolls are always better. Since you're guaranteed a 4-star card or better, your odds of getting something nice improve by a bit, statistically speaking.

There's basically no difference. 10 pulls up your rate of 4* CEs, by about 20%, and single pulls up your rate of 4* servants by about .5% But 5* servant and CE rates are basically the same, with less than 0.1% fluctuation so just choose your preference. Singles can conserve quartz, but waste your time and can be discouraging.
Multis are a lot more fun and feel like you're getting more stuff, but you can sometimes feel like you wasted quartz if you only want 1 copy of a 5* servant and get it on pull 1 or 2
