Super success rate

Does the super/great success rate increase when the servant level is close to the level cap? I swear I have only got super success when I am levelling my servant from lvl59 to 60 or lvl69 to 70 (happened about 6~8 times), except once for tamamo and kuro each at much lower level.

Maybe I am just ranting or I just have bad luck but it really seems odd at this point. Perhaps there is some hidden mechanics that I am unaware of or there is some strategy to take advantage of it?

It happens a lot for me as well, except for one time with Kintoki Rider and Chloe.
It's just bad luck I guess. I highly doubt there's such a useless mechanic like that in the game.

Yeah, I had this happen 3 times on Chloe. Since then, no super/great success.

I doubt they built something like this into their game, but I experience it all the time, too...

Me the same.... as the other 3. DW wont, right?

It might just be that since it cost less cards to use at the beginning you don't see it cause you're not spaming as many exp cards as you would be just trying to get from 70 to 80
