taking and giving chocolate to every servant

is there a point to buying every single servants Valentine interaction (chocolate) when you have enough drop bonus to farm and clear the baking chocolate shop?
aside from the emotional part of it of course

Nope, not at all

Agreed with Mari. I rather use the extra coin left over to purchase baked chocolate to get the mats from the shop. I only give chocolate to three or two servant of each class.

Some of them are very amusing. Give a chocolate to Teach, for example. ;)

You don't need to keep the CEs in inventory. They will remain in the permanent spirit origin book after you feed them to some CE bombs.

I personally collected them all. Materials are easy enough to farm during other events. These scenes are unique. Serenity's was especially surprising.

It depends whether you want to collect the scenes, because you can revisit the scenes in My Room>Material>Event Quest Log.

I've already cleared the shop, but since I'm still farming gears & pages, I have fair bit of extra choc coins for the scenes, so I might as well get them too

I didn't end up getting a single one, and won't bother. Not worth spending the AP on for me. I've seen some strange combinations on my friends list with these, like putting an assassin bonus on an archer.

how do you farm without them? do you just not use molds and use the shop event CE'e ? the shop event CE's cost 16 on a team

By the time I could afford one, I already had 3 of the FP gacha CEs. With only a +2/stack, it would take 75 stacks of a specific type of servant to pay itself off (only if equipped to a servant who didn't already have a CE--if replacing an FP CE, then it only gave an extra +1/stack), which at the time was somewhere between 5-7 runs. I knew I was going to buy the event CEs anyways from the shop, at which point these Valentine CEs would become obsolete.

So, in my estimation, they would either not pay off or barely pay off, and would have delayed me getting the event shop CEs. So, right now using only natural AP regen I have 13k chocolates, and use 3 Fondants, 1 Bitter Black, and 1 Cute Orangette for a +14 to one class and +6 to all others (really only means +6 to the "*" coins since I always use a mold), and can usually get a friend with an Orangette or the male equivalent for another +5, or +6 if they've MLB'ed it. So, each run of Royal is right now getting me an average of 380 chocolates in my preferred class where I can get a friend with the +6.

I'm level 118, so have a max cost of 108. My team usually consists of 2x5*, 1x4*, 1x3* (or less), plus Mash for a team cost (including CEs) between 104 and 108. Mash and the 3* don't come into play, but my 5*s are Merlin and Waver, who I typically swap between in the final wave of Royal to at least get an extra ATK buff, if not use to NP charge.

BTW, the shop CEs, being 5* CEs, only cost 12 on a team. A 5* servant costs 16.

Asides from collecting them and seeing the scenes, they can also be used as CE Exp. 3zch one gives 30k exp.

Though, personally, it's still not worth it. I'm just gonna clear the mats shop, get CEs and scenes from my favorite Servants for the sake of it, then farm Foreign God Hearts and selling the chocolate and coins for QP.

I was really ce lucky in the gatcha (if servant poor) so I can get 30 to 31 class specific drop bonus per quest and have nearly cleared the baking chocolate part of the shop (except monuments, which I already have ~3 servants worth in storage) with a week left in the event. I might collect some choco CE's for the exp and cut scenes.

Surprisingly, even maxing the event drops, still not worth it to farm qp in the event. I only break even with what I earn when the treasure vault only drops silver chests.
