Level up your Hans to maximize his health, and get all his skills up to level 6 at least for the reduced cooldown, see if you can get his NP gain skill at max too, you'll want him to spam his NP as much as possible.

Level up Mashu as well, she'll be your best tank support throughout the game and will help you in any sort of tough battle. Max out Cu Lancer as well to at least level 70 and get his evade up to 6 or even better 10, along with his guts.

Caesar is a great supportive budget saber, so not a bad idea to invest in him. Euryale is great for stun locking male bosses i.e. some bosses in Camelot. Lu Bu is a 3* Herc with a large NP nuke. If you can get him to NP5 along the way he's definitely worth it, and even if you haven't so yet, he's still a strong Berserker. Robin Hood is also another great Archer and can partner up with Chloe for decimating bosses. His NP and combined with his poison skill will deal a large amount of damage.

Georgios is another tough tank and reliable taunter, level up his defense/taunt skill (1st skill) as much as you can. Medea is also handy for tough fights to de-buff enemies i.e. the Hassan exhibition quest, can never go wrong with her. Especially since she has amazing NP gain and if you give her an NP damage CE, her NP spam will be able to destroy enemies easily.

David is great for keeping your team alive thanks to his party-wide evade. Kiyohime is great for farming and wave clearing. Can't really say much about Alexander. Hold off from Stheno for the meantime, but she'll come in handy in the future, and if you were to invest in her along with Euryale, you'll be able to create a solid charm lock team.

In additio to the above, due to the strength of chloe, yo can use her in all fights not va lancers. Which means you need a saber. In this case, caesar is a priority. Medea is needed as an offensive caster with good util as the enemy assassins have a fast charging np gauge.
