Unplayable FGO

So now my FGO is apparently 'unplayable under my playing environment'. It was working the previous day. I've already emailed the support team, but for now what should I do?

pls help i didnt back up my data a second time ;-;

If you are on Android, see if you have USB debugging enabled in Developer options. It should work when its set to disabled.
