if you mean the 2 shop ces MLB them, 50% starting NP is useful for farming.
If you are talking about the chocolate ces you got from the servants they are useless...use them as experience fodder.

What should I do with all of the valentines CE's?
Should I keep them or sacrifice them to other CE's?

Keep 5 for the next event then use the rest for CE fuel for the next double chance for great/super event which should be late May.

FYI, it won't matter which 5 you keep as there won't be class-based bonses with these in the next event. It's not a rerun of the last two Valentine's event, even though these CEs will provide a small +1 currency bonus
