I don't think she's hard to get if you're F2P since what's the point of making her a "welfare servant" if that's the case? The only time you will be having difficulties in getting her to NP 5 is
if you will be lazy when farming on the event.
It's harder for F2P because when the Lolice come to send all of us to jail, only the whales can bribe their way out!
Jk haha. F2P has nothing to do with it. It's the fact that most of the event buffs (try all) only go to female servants. (No wait I forgot about Traplord) This becomes a problem particularly for fresh accounts as the 1-3 star pool actually doesn't have too many good female servants and in general new f2p accounts aren't flush with max ascended and levelled female SRs. It's more that it's harder for fresh accounts than harder for F2P.
Good thing summer has so many female servants on rate-up. Looks like the timing of these banners might've been intentional to give players a chance to get some bonus servants for the next event.

Also, I have a NP2 Kintoki (will NP5 him when Onigashima rerun is made), and he's fucking amazing.
Kuro is supposed to be the second best wellfare, just right after BB, so, she is even MORE amazing.
Same, Kintoki is at NP 2, I'm waiting for the rerun. I have Raikou at level 80, I didn't expect to get anything good due to minimal roll, so I didn 't bother saving up berserke r exp cards. I gav e them to Herc. I pretty much not gonna save up any of the exp card for the servan t I plan to roll cause I don't have any expectation.

I wasn’t lucky at all this time but roughly 80% of my high end servants are female. Considering that the next event is heavily caster based, I figure Drake and Raikou will be carrying me most of the time haha
Yeah, I was lucky enough to get Fran and summer Mordred; if I hadn't I would have nothing to use against those casters

I can only hope Raikou can carry me via the event, I pretty much pair her up with Mash, David or any taunt target. I don't have Waver, so I'm working on Shakesphere strengthening quest to get his 3rd skill. After Shakesphere, I will be working on Mozart, Euryale, Spartacus etc
I gotcha. I wanted to use my waver as her support but I don’t want to lose out on bonuses so I’m probably gonna run her with my Mash and a friend’s Nightingale. I finally got around to boosting her up. Finally got max ascension for Waver and Vlad III and now I’ve got Raikou through 3rd and almost to 4th.
My goal is to keep her alive and pump her damage/crit output as high as I can. If all else fails, Drake can step in as a Caster slayer
