Mozart is a 1* with an incredible Arts buff and Critical Star dispensing, with 50 stars at level 10. He's pretty easy to invest in as well due to being low rarity, not requiring much mats and QP to level up.
4* Caster Gil is another one coming in the near future who provides a nice supportive set of Arts, crits and attack buffs.
3* Medea is someone you should highly consider too. Highly spammable NP thanks to her NP gain and 2nd skill that gives her 100% NP on level 4 alone, and overcharge providing extra NP. Her NP doesn't hit hard but you can keep it going and best of all it debuffs enemies.
3* Robin Hood is a boss killer who works incredibly well with Arts team since it will build up his NP faster. Invest in his Sabotage skill and melt through even the spongiest of bosses with him.
It'll be a while but there's gonna be a Kara no Kyoukai event re-run in the future that provides Shiki Assassin as a welfare servant. Incredible NP with a high instant death chance for normal enemies, and just hits hard in general coupled with her first skill steroid.
