When to roll for arturia lancer alter?

I would very much like to insert all my grails into her, so when is the best banner/event to pull for her?

I did a bit of reading up and saw she's going to appear in a few of the upcoming banners (e.g. the round table banner) but I don't really know how to calculate which banner would give me the highest chance to pull her. I casually used about 15 tickets in the lancer class summon banner and failed miserably.

Anyone have any advice?

There will be a free 4* summoning ticket next year where you get to pick a 4* of your choice, she's one of the available servants.

Nice! I wasn't sure whether or not we were going to get the 10M downloads event.

I think your absolute best bet would be during the 10M Downloads Campaign. Both Arturia Alters are the only rated up 4* servants for this event. So you have a strong chance of getting her here, plus you know Merlin. Also if you fail here there is still the 10 million tickets to get here with.
After that their is the Garden of Sinners re-run which will have a day where only Saber Shiki, Arturia Lancer Alter and the new limited servant Asagami Fujino will be available. Till then your next best bet is the Round table event in a few months.

There's the sure hit rolls people have mentioned, but there is also a Knights of the round gacha upcoming after the Halloween events I believe.
