I'd go Merlin since he's a solo rate up and pairs well with what you have along with Ishtar.

Which banner should i roll in the future?
This is my current gold Servants list (excluding the silver and bronze ones that i have leveled up)
Saber: Altera np2, Lancelot, Elie Brave, Siegfried.
Archer: Kuro, Emiya, Atalanta.
Lancer: Scatach, Jaguar Man (lvl 80 with grails, np3. Planning on giving her 2 more), Jeane alter Lily.
Rider: Drake np2, Kintoki, Martha, Salter Rider.
Caster: Xuanzang np2, Elie Caster, Irisviel.
Assasin: Jack, Kiritsugu, Scatach summer.
Berserker: Nightingale, Ibaraki, Beowulf, Lancelot.
Extra class: Jalter.
Im needing a supp caster, but i also want to roll for Ishtar, cause shes one of the reasons i play this (she didnt come the two times she was available). Gilgamesh is also a solid option, but idk.
Help with this, because i would roll for waver on Chaldea Boys, but theres Proto Arthur :/

Is merlin banner near? As far as i know Merlin banner is after Summer I dunno about rolls but i think there should be guarantee caster banner and there is Waver in Caster section i think other than that i dunno what to suggest though Proto Arthur i think statwise strongest saber but his skills makes him more of big monster boss fighter but still if i were you i would consider Proto Arthur as good roll(Actually after Sigurd this is my second most wanted saber) if you consider Proto Arthur as roll you want then you can try to roll on Chaldea Boys if not then you can wait for Single Merlin or Waver banner
Also when will Proto Arthur banner come?

1st, you have some amazing 5* Servants, I am jealous, especially of Scathach and J-Alter.
For what banners you should focus on, I would say focus on the CCC banner that drops in May, as it provides new Servant Classes, one is Welfare (Moon Cell) and the others are Gacha (Alter Ego). The first Banner has 2 Alter Egos, one 4* and one 5* together, so you have a better chance of getting at least one of them.
If you want a Ruler, I know I do, the Summer Banner with Ruler Martha returns in July, which also includes Artoria Archer, so its a great banner to roll. There is also another summer event after the first, so check out the servants it offers, personally only interested in Nero Caster and Nitocris Assassin, along with a welfare Isthar Rider.
Also there is a GSSR banner late in July, with access to 57 5* servants, with luck being your only hope of getting something you need. There is also a potential 4* ticket in Sept, so if there is a 4* servant you really want but don't want to roll for it, maybe wait for the ticket.
Ishtar returns in late November with the Christmas Rerun, so you get another chance if she doesn't drop in the GSSR. Also there is a chance of a Thanksgiving banner, though don't know who would be on it.
Finally December has 2 Banners of interest, one with a new Class (Foreigner) which wont be seen again until next years summer event, and the other has Ishtar's Twin Sister Ereshkigal as a Lancer.
Those are the Banners I would keep an eye on this year, based on your classes, though obviously its all up to you.

I would love to roll for her and Ishtar, but I already have Arjuna and Artoria Lancer Alter (and Elisabeth and Jeanne Lily) so my need for either is low, especially with J-Alter returning in next Jan being super high on my priorities, unless she drops in the July GSSR banner (spoiler alert: probably not gonna happen T-T)

Personally, i am interested in Meltryllis, Kiara, Sherlock, Abigail, Eresh and Hokusai.
Nero (caster) nice to have but i doubt i will have SQ for it cuz F2P.

Yeah waiver is a good choice.
Also Archuria on summer rerun is good too. And yeah Gilgamesh cause his Gilgamesh(Kakoi, tsugoi, Zashou). But you should prioritize your waifus like Ishtar(Ur waifu). For me, fav characters are a must because they encourage me to play the game especially when doing repetative grinding.
