Who to put Chaldea Lunchtime on?

I’m not sure as to who to put chaldea lunchtime CE on, the servants I have in the picture are what I consider my best ones.

However, I don’t have any high-end supports like Waver so I was thinking Raikou but she’s my most used one with Kscope.

I think Mash would be best bet since she could charge other servants NP even if it's just 20% which is pretty rare or Mordred rider since she could just spam her NP with someone with a Tamamo, but no Mordred honestly. You don't use it with farming servants like Shishou or Raikou since they need the starting NP charge for the farming and other than Mash your only support is Archuria.
That placing is already fine already IMO.
