About Paid Saint Quartz

Hello i want ask question regarding paid Saint quartz FGO NA. I want buy saint quartz via google play gift card. Since i come from outside US ( im indonesia) did i need to create profile for US in google playment?

Yes. But remember that you will only be able to buy SQ if the gift card currency is USD, if it is in your currency the game won't accept it no matter what you do.
Creating a US google account will require a US phone number for sms confirmation, but maybe you can edit an already existing account to US? idk. Try to do that before buying the card if you haven't already.
And if you have one, i recommend to buy with a credit card, since it will save you a lot of time and trouble.

well thanks for the answer. Sadly i didn't have credit card :(. And i also have question (again). Why my currency in the game is IDR not USD?

I'm not sure. My game also shows the price in my currency and not USD.
Is your google account already set as US or is it still as Indonesia?

The only part i'm unable to do is creating an US google account, but if you can do that the rest should be easy.
Note that after creating the US account you need to clear the cache of your google play app and login with your new acc so the game recognizes it.
