Assasin of Shinjuku or Fuuma Np 2?

I need a stargen also a *4 Assasin and thanks God, you answer me with this Yan Qi. Beside that i have leveling fuuma until lvl 43 before. So which one i should leveling? continuing Fuuma with NP 2 or start again from zero for Yan Qi?

Level your 4 star assassin.

Fuuma does generate alot of stars for the team. But, his overall damage is horrible and i have Fuuma at NP4, level 70.

Fuuma is for star generation, but atk is terrible.
Yan Qing for now hits like a wet noodle, but with his interlude in the far future, he gets better.
Unless you'd like to wait until the Summer rerun where you can get Scathach assassin, who is a decent AOE assassin if you have no one else. Also, you have the free 4* ticket that is coming, so if you have no plans yet, you can try getting EMIYA Assassin, whose far future interlude will make him gain insane damage.
