Would an NP2 Herc with MLB holy night dinner/Hero Elly, level `10 valor, an attack buff from Nero bride's skill (level 7) and Waver's attack buff be good enough to one-shot Barbatos? Also factoring an MLB Ox demon king.

However even at bond 10, no that wouldn't be enough. Have you got a buff clense are we talking double waver? Without a debuff you'll need double waver + merlin with 2x ox king, NP5 Herc and max level MLB HND or a black grail.
Yes herc is bond 10. I didn't read anything about barbatos debuffing, I thought he only had the ignore invincible buff? If martha is needed I have her, I could have her in my front line, use her first and second skill (both lvl 1 unfortunately), then switch her out with bride with combat suit. I could put ox king on both martha and bride for double ox king, if needed I have someone with weaver's bond ce on my friend list too. I plan on using holy night dinner on herc, ox King on martha and bride, and bond ce/ox king on friend waver. I do have black grail but I need an Np ce otherwise I'll have no way to get herc to Np first turn.
The other pillars randomly share a buff/debuff at the start of battle. Their own skill is deployed during battle. So if you get hit with the 50% buster down and don't cleanse...bad news for Herc.
And it's Martha's 2nd and 3rd skills you need with rank up if I recall correctly to clear your debuffs and the pillars buff.
Oh I see, didn't realise the demon pillars' debuffs were shared. Yeah Martha's second skill clears party debuffs, he third clears enemy buffs and deals def down, both pretty useful.
Can't one shot it, but 2 turn kill is very achieveable for you and mine would be 3 turn.
Well, you can kill Barbatoss within 2-3 turns consistently with those team comps or 4-5 turn for the longest or worse if the supp card procc more than the carry cards.
I have Heracles lvl 92 NP 1 and doing some damage testing on dailies, my average damage per run was 250 K ++ and with the highest if all Herc cards procc/lucky turn can deal more than 400K ++ damage from a single turn.
My Herc damage calculation not including Bond 10/raid damage bonus + 100 %.
For my team set up : Heracles lvl 92 ( lvl 10 Valor + Golden Sumo ) + Medea Lily ( Golden Carp, NP + Debuff clear and Heals ) + Caesar ( lvl 7 Charisma, lvl 8 Tactics + Ox Demon King ) + Waver Bond CE.
For Mystic Code, i use Chaldea Battle Suit.
Notable cheap buffer with strong steroid/debuff : Asterios, Caesar, BlackBeard and Mata Hari.
Ah shame I can't one-shot it, but two turns is fine too. Guess I'll have to do some damage testing with some of those servants, thanks! Would golden sumo or holy night dinner be better?
Lol for the Golden Sumo or HNS CEs i even have a hard time choosing one between both of it, might as well waiting for other opinions on this.

Yeah hard choice. Probably pretty easy to calculate, I just don't know how scaling works lol
Sumo would be better because the NP dmg up from HND scales additively with the bond level attack buff, but the ATK up from sumo scales multiplicatively.
