Other than Herc, are there any other servants who have bond CEs that are actually worth using over all the typical best 4-5 star CEs? Just curious since all the ones I know of seem rather lacklustre, especially considering how good Herc's is.

Waver, Tamamo, and Merlin too

Nightingale, Medea Lily, Tamamo no Mae and Merlin all have good CEs that compliment their play style (Merlin is debatable but a boost in damage is always appreciated).

Arash and Elizabeth Bathory have gimmicky CEs but they work.
