Buster vs Arts vs Quick NPs

Why are the multiple damage of quick Nps always higher than buster and arts Nps ( e.g. Jack quick 1200%, Ozymandias buster 600% ) ? So they’re unaffected by card chain but stiil affected by their type ?

Because Quick cards have a 0.80% damage multiplier, so they need a higher damage percentage to deal good damage

Affected by their type. So overall whether their NP is Buster/Art/Quick still affected overal damage (1.5-1.0-0.8).

If shishou's NP is a buster type, that could be toooo op.

I am talking about same 1600*

Also although generally Quick type NP have better NP damage, whether better 2nd effect is necessary is still debatable on team combo and performance for servant themselves. Shishou' Quick NP is amazing, but her "2nd effect" like NPQQe Quick brave chain is not comparable as Okita, Kintoki, Jack etc. Same thing, Archuria/Shiki's Art type NP is wonderful for themselves, Jalter, Ozy, Drake, etc are better to keep in Buster type NP.

They are affected by card chains of the same type, but not the lead card bonus, ie Buster -> NP -> Arts won't make the NP deal more damage, but NP (Buster) -> Buster -> Buster will. And as others have pointed out, it's to even out the balance for all the card types since quicks have a 0.8 damage modifier and busters have a 1.5 modifier. When applied to NP damage, it makes the difference between the two pretty massive, so they scale the NP damage accordingly so they don't end up disincentivising using quick servants.

So that same type chains increase Np ? ( Buster, Buster, Buster ) But in gamepress guide they said “2. The Noble Phantasms themselves are not affected by the First Card bonus, nor the same-type chain bonus.”

NP card affect other cards if placed firth, i.e. Buster NP will form a buster chain if u slot NPBB, same as Art NP will form art chain with NPAA

as ppl already said before, NP is not affected
