Is your Martha the Ruler or the Rider? The Rider is a Healer, the Ruler is a reverse zerc (full buster deck, but resisting 6 of the normal classes and dealing neutral dmg to them as well).

Nero/Jean/Hans is a good Arts team, Jean and Hans NP, combined with Nero heals and Gutts can makes a good stall team. Just do Nero interlude to get the damn AOE NP dmg higher. Also, max Hans skills.

Emiyarcher is a magicarp, pre-ST quests (2 of them) he's kinda shitty, after that he is a good crit servant, also good for farming full Saber nodes.

Allways put Herc in the backline, as last man standing. With some buster up CE.

Jack has the best stargen of the game, good NP gain, and is a boss killer with her NP.

Martha is a rider, and ima try the Nero team, thanks for the advice

Jeanne + Hans + damage dealer. Hans as support jeanne as tanker and put 2030 on one of the. you will get a stable crit team as Jeanne and Hans have skill that provide star and their NP give healing, star regen, atk up, def up, invicible. if you add mash you will get a good art stall team too.

90% of content for now is - you toss Mash, Herc, whatever support that suits well, Hans as first backup, Cu (normal) as last backup, and something inbetween.

Several suggestions:

Art stall team: Hans/Mashu combo as stall team versus ST enemy, or Jeanne-Mashu/Hans-(friend)Tamamo.

Quick team: Atalante+dual Jack. But actually Quick team is not really recommended. However, Jack herself already could be either a team, or supportive DPS (decent star generation, good 2-3 skills).
So using Jack, like facing rider bosses, you can use dual Jack+ Hassan CA/Fuuma as pure assassin QUICK-STAR team;

Critical team of DPS+dual supports: Hans + (friend)Waver + Karna/Saber/Emiya as DPS. DPS could be different for classes. borrow a 2030 Waver is best way.
Or put jack in the team, like make Emiya+Jack+Hans/Waver.

Raise Martha is decent. No matter daily farming, or tough quest. She can also "somehow" fulfill the role as or Critical team use her as DPS. You dont have free Kintoki?

Raise Herc and Nero is also great. However, Herc > Nero. Nero's role is AOE farming (but you have Saber alter) and last man stand. Herc is same great as for last man stand, but more universal due to his Berserker class. Besides, using Herc team with taunt unit (Leonidas/Geologies etc) is also great enough.
