Do Forbidden Pages actually drop in Vestiges of the Crystal Palace?

For now its the most efficient place to farm. I personally farmed there as well, around 2 pages per bar of AP. Guess its just unlucky for u. The upcoming event in mid Jan will also have some pages for exchange.

I believe you can get 20 pages from the Moon Goddess rerun coming soon.

Farming mats outside the event is not efficient.
