Do NP Damage debuffs apply to full NP gauge mob attacks?

Since the Yellow Hornet enemy applies an NP Damage buff when they die, so I was wondering if those are technically counted as NPs as well. Same as with some Servant boss enemies who have their NPs replaced with an especially damaging attack instead when their NP gauges are filled up (like in Camelot, I believe?); are those affected by NP Damage debuffs as well?

No, those do not count as NPs, those are on death buff mechanics, similar to how Georgios' Bond ce "What Can Be Left Behind" does.

Edit: As for lesser enemies (non-servant NPCs) and shadow servants full NP gauge attacks, yes, I believe the buff would still increase the damage of a full NP gauge attack, even though they are not true NPs ... though I cannot confirm this on account of not having the AP necessary to test this, as I'm currently QP grinding.

It does. For Shadow and normal mobs also have an NP gauge gameplay wise so any buff buffing np damage will buff these types of attacks too
