ETA on the 2nd Halloween Event(Saber Eli)?

According to the previous JP schedule, the current event (Caster Eli) overlaps with the 2nd Halloween event after a week. But since a few of the events have been moved around(like the Jalter banner), is the 2nd Eli event coming anytime soon? For prep purposes.

Event banner says that it ends on the 17th, PDT, so probably then. That said, I'm honestly burnt out by the whole grinding for Halloween Princess and I'm not really interested in anything in the shop so it's just me buying QP over and over.
