Invest in Emiya or Atalante?

I want a good archer to fit a quick and arts team respectively and I'm wondering who I should level up first.

Between those two: Emiya
Truth is, quick teams are not strong at all, sadly.
So you are (gameplay wise) much better getting an arts team, meaning Emiya[QAAAB B-NP] here.

And as a clear choice between those two
Emiya gets a lot stronger with future interludes
unlike Atalanta who stays at the bottom of tier lists

You should level her up for waifu reasons anyway :)

You should consider leveling Robin or Euryale as I would consider them both better archers than these two

Euryale? I totally agree that robin is worth levelling despite the lower star rating meaning lesser stats just for the single target NP, but Euryale is sorta overspecialized and doesn't do much but counter male targets well does she?
