In an effort to farm the c**ap out of all the stuff that I need for ascension etc, I did not realize that AP is a limited resource and often I am left wanting. Yesterday for that stupid claw of chaos I almost spent 500 AP and did not even get one! Damn frustrating.
Now I realize that I have burnt through all my apples and I just have to wait to get AP.
Is this the norm? Obviously burning quartz for refilling AP is horrible as the quartz are too valuable? Is there any other game mechanics for this. I know level up replenishes it but I am now at level 91 and its a damn slow climb :(
Do your research and check the drop rate of items before you start farming. Do not use apples outside of events, as events generally have the best drop rates. Using saint quartz is not an option unless you intend to whale. You can only get AP to fill over time, levelling, or using apples/quartz.
It's pretty much always the case. Just chill a bit, the game is a long grind.
Farming to ascend is good and all but give priority to your main servants as they are the ones holding your team together. Another way to manage AP is through your time. Plan your daily activities and set a time to grind them and continue your daily routine to maximize your AP and the level up AP you obtain.
I am trying to ascend my main servants. I am not spending much (I spent for the grand summon this year, that is all!), so I am actually trying to source for Waver/Herc and Cu. And they need Pages, Heart and Claw - that is what I am trying to farm.
Routine does help, agreed!
Just wait until you get to master level 100, each level after takes MUCH longer to reach (millions of exp each).
Don't let you account sit at a full ap bar if you can help it since you won't be accruing any more ap. At 5 min per ap, 3 hrs at full means 36 ap not accrued.
Got it, I manage to keep that in check. I am usually never full! Man, post 100 is scary indeed :D
