I missed the first Nero Fest, when Return of Nero Fest come and I look it up, it is different.
So every other re-run event quest will have something add to it or they will completely different or just Nero Fest is different.
By the way, I start playing when "Fate/Accel Zero Order" is still running, but I don't saw any "Hunting Quest". Is there any event that I miss that will never come again?

Nero Fest does not have reruns, is allways a different one. Next year there will be another, different as well.
The first rerun of NA Server will be Halloween this month, before the entirely new Halloween event, in sequence. The Only difference will be in the shop.
Guda-Guda Honnoji got re-run next year March
Saber War - need to wait 2 years
Halloween - after next event I think
Christmas - also got re-run
Kara no kyoukai - re-run in 2 years
Moon Goddess - farming event re-run after new year
7 counterfeit hero - got re-run in 2 year
almost event except Nerofest got rerun but what you miss need to wait quite long time especially Kara no kyoukai(Garden of sinners)
