So i am farming the christmas event and got a special exchange ticket but i do not know what to do with it. What is it used for and/or what is its purpose. Thank you

It is used to exchange for Altria Pendragon (Santa Alter) after she officially joins your party in order to increase her NP level.

Last year the event shop showed the ticket for Santa exchange all week, but was unselectable until the main quest was cleared. Strange that this year it isn't showing at all yet
