When removing friends

At what point do you decide it is time to remove people off your friends list? For me, I only remove somebody if they haven't logged on after 50 days or more. Even then, it feels rotten of me to do that especially if the player I'm removing has a support team with a lot of commitment put into.

I remove after 1 week.
I get it that sometimes shit happens in real life and you can't play, but if someone hasn't bothered to even log in to collect the bonus after 7 days then they probably quit.
I don't check it all that often though so it isn't rare to find an inactive with more days than that.

I would remove when they haven't done anything in at least a month at the least and a year at most or if they never bothered to make a team on their support for at least a month.

3 days if I don't know them. I don't remove friends even if they don't play too much.

Y'all are much nicer than I am. With the exception of 2 or 3 friends that I've had for a while, I drop anyone who hasn't logged on in over a day. Those 2 or 3 friends occasionally- maybe once a month- go for 2 days, but then they come back. I check my friend list 1x a day to keep it cleared out.

If it is someone I know in real life (none of which play FGO) or if they leave a message saying they might be gone awhile I give them all the time they need. Otherwise:

If it is someone who has put in little to no effort into their support list (like they only have a level 10 Mash with no CE) I give them 7 days.

If it is someone who has obviously put effort into their support list no matter how meager I would give them 30 days.

If they don't give me enough FP nor have a good supp servant... kick.

If they are higher level I’m more lax on them, 5 days usually unless if I really benefited from their support, in that case I wait 7 days. 3 days however if they are low leveled(below 40) and I dont know them in real life. I also dont friend lower level players until a 24 hour period to avoid inactive players. If they log in with a span of the 24 hours since they sent me a friend request, I accept them.

At least a week or so unless I haven't checked my friend list in a while. Shorter if the person hasn't bothered to set up their support servants. I check most frequently during events that I want to be able to request friends with mlb bonus CE's.

But yeah, life happens and sometimes you miss a few logins. Case and point: in the delivery room and my fgo tablet wasn't in the hospital go bag... He was a month early, didn't think I needed to pack that yet...

I give newbies a month before giving them a bye. Older players I give them a couple of month.

I remove people for one day inactivity unless they're a whale. The last person I removed was because they didn't have the Ascension version of archuria I liked so that I could add someone with the version I like.

I’m a bit more forgiving, since I have a job that sometimes gets in the way of playing FGO (hence why I have no Jailter). I give people 100 days. After that, I figure that you’ve quit, and so delete them from my list.

I'm not removing my real friends from the support servant list. If i only know them in game, then it's 14 days.

One day. No exceptions. Don't care if it's a NP5 10/10/10 SSR.

Whoa, some of the answers are ruthless 😅
I set a 100 day limit, because interest wanes and sometimes life gets in the way. Anyone reaching that long is deleted though, simply because I can use the free slots.

I remove after a month for older players and a week for newer. If the new guy isn't going to commit and use my servants I don't see any use in keeping them. With older players I'll keep em around longer than a month if they have a REALLY good support list, but if not I give em a around month just in case like they broke their phone or something.
