Which historical figure could be given both Imperial Privilege and Protection of the Faith A+++?

I was thinking about how these two skills would be pretty interesting together since they both do the same thing. Of course, in some sense its pretty much a waste of a skill but it would be interesting to see. The only one I can think would could qualify for those skills would be Constantine since he was both an emperor and someone who converted to Christianity during his rule.

Charlemagne, or His Father Pippin, who were emperors who also worked directly with the Catholic Church. Also Isabelle of Castille/ Ferdinand of Aragorn, as they established a nation who would become an empire very shortly as well as finished the Reconquest of Spain and the Inquisition.

Protection of the Faith is a Skill possessed only by those who have sacrificed themselves for a religious view. Despite being a form of divine protection, it is not a blessing from a higher existence. It is the absoluteness of one’s body and mind that was born from their beliefs. But if it is too high, it causes abnormalities in the personality.

Lancer, being Vlad III or Vlad the Impaler, possesses this ability due to his brutally effective methods of protecting Christianity and the lands of Wallachia. At such a high rank, however, it took a heavy toll on his sanity.

Given that the requirements seem to be you have to sacrifice much for your faith or have defended it pretty majorly, I'd say Jeanne, St. George and other Martyrs might qualify

maybe Frederick I Barbarossa, he was an emperor and participated in the 2nd and 3rd crusades.
While he wasn't an emperor no one deserves more the skill "Protection of the Faith A+++" than George Castrioti... He fought the Ottomans for more than 30 years and never lost a battle, Mehmed II only managed to crush the Albanian rebellion after his death.
The pope even guaranteed him the title "The Champion of Christ" , beside him only Stephan III, Vlad Tepes and John Hunyadi hold the title.

I think Saladin would be a nice fit.

He was a prominent figure in Muslim history, defeating King Richard's crusaders in Jerusalem and reclaimed the Holy City from them. He was known to be a generous and virtuous ruler, spanning his domain over even Egypt, Palestine, and Syria, and was even respected by the Westerners for his nobility.
