Overview
- The is a continuation of the battle against Final Apostle, Cagliostro, a Pretender with 2 HP Bars (638k, 786k HP).
- The main difference in this encounter is his new final HP bar break effect:
- Boss gains unremovable Guts (1 time, 100% HP Revival), inflicts buff conversion from ATK Up to ATK Down on the party (3 times) and gains an effect that triggers upon Guts activation.
- When triggering his Guts:
- Increase his own Max HP by 150%, but decrease both his DEF and Damage Resist by 50%, all unremovable.
- The below effects are the same as from the prior encounter.
- The boss will start the battle with a random one of two possible starting skills:
- One gives the boss Crit Rate -500%, ATK +50%, and Anti-Star Attribute damage +50% (1 turn).
- The other gives the boss Crit Rate +500%, and inflicts party with Burn Damage +200% and Curse Damage +200% (1 turn).
- On Turn 2, and every 4 turns (6, 10, 14, etc.), the boss will apply a buff that gives it MAX NP Gauge on the next turn.
- The boss also has a multitude of other special skills it can use:
- Remove buffs from a random Servant, NP Gain -50% (3 turns), NP Gauge -20%, and boss's DEF +20% (3 turns).
- Clear debuffs from boss and give it Debuff Immune (1 time, 3 turns) and Damage Cut +10,000 (1 turn).
- Order Change Seal all party members (2 turns), drain 20 Stars, and Max HP -10% for party (3 turns).
- Stun random party member (1 turn), and inflict Electrical Charge, which can stun all allies except the target the next turn.
- Party DEF -10% (5 turns) and Curse (5 turns, 1000 dmg/turn).
- Boss NP Gauge +1, random Servant's Skill Cooldowns +2, Burn on party (5 turns, 1000 dmg/turn).
- Convert all ATK Up buffs into ATK Down (3 turns).
- The boss's NP deals bonus damage to Mechanical trait targets, and removes defensive buffs after damage. It also drains 50% NP Gauge from the party and inflicts a damaging Burn (3 turns, 3000 dmg/turn).
Team Recommendations
- For this battle, Masters must take two NPC Supports in the party frontline. Both of them are more than capable of dealing with the boss, and Masters can take a Support from friend supports if desired.
- The best support options would be either Skadi or Skadi Ruler, given both of the NPC supports are primarily Quick Servants.
