I downloaded the sprite sheet from pixel wars, and it's all blurry. Is there a clearer image available?

They are from 20-24 PDT which corresponds to 5-9 in my time, so people from CEST time zone must be either morning larks who don't have work at this time or night owls who can sleep during the day. They really could have thought more on timing when they just crammed entirety of Europe with NA and called it a day.

Yeah this really is unfortunate, it does not work very well for East Coast US well either, due to the late time window being pretty much from 1 - 3AM. It would have been nice if they rotated the times throughout the day a bit more so other regions would have more of an opportunity to run the quests, but in the end they seem to have strictly kept to the schedule equivalent to when it was JST > PST.

I finished the walkthrough, and "Mission 61: Defeat 9 [Neutral Alignment] Servants" did not clear. Did an additional run of "Free - Part Seven" to compensate afterward, if that helps.
