Second Wave Start:

• Vestiges of the Avenger: Apply [Vestiges of the Avenger] trait to self: Increase number of actions per turn by 1 and inflict NP Seal on self [Unremovable].

All enemies have the following effect:

• Robe of Soot B / Traces of Soot B / Armor of Soot B: Increase Damage Resist against non-Avengers by 35%.
