If I'm honest, I also personally prefer much of the stuff on the old site for the most part. :x

Unfortunately, our old host decided to stop supporting PHP 7 which our old site needed (and we can't really afford options that do provide it), so we've had to move everything to a new server with new architecture and rebuild everything from ground up. Many things also are no longer working on the old site as a result.

There are still a lot of things missing from the new site, though. I'm hoping to slowly get everything over. The code and db behind the new site are much more robust so hopefully things will get better in the long run.

I definitely hear you! Unfortunately though I don't think we're getting the old site back, what you currently see on the old site is an archive now in pretty much read-only mode.
