Tier List Change Log History

Introduction
The latest Mystic Eyes Symphony Event introduces a new Servant:
Medusa (Saber)
Additionally, other Servants have received upgrades since the last change log:

All Servants that were discussed for tier placement or movement are detailed below.
Staff were allowed to assign the following scores.
After some debate, the staff generally agreed to have only EX-/A+/B+/C+/D+ tiers aside from the standard EX/A/B/C/D/E, so for the purposes of tiering the average scores were then rounded to the closest score to obtain the final tier as below. 
As a result, any A-/B-/C-/D-/E+/E- votes, after averaging, would round out to the next closest tier.
5 Star Servants
Medusa (Saber)
Tier A+
Medusa (Saber) joins during the Mystic Eyes Symphony event just after her appearance in Ordeal Call I. She is an ST Quick Saber with a myriad of useful challenge-friendly effects and overall solid effectiveness. Her high hit counts and base NP Gain give her the ability to comfortably fill her NP Gauge and generate Stars simply by using her Cards, and she makes a healthy amount of Stars with three Quick Cards in her deck. Her NP has a small chance of inflicting Petrify, and her first skill also is one of the few guaranteed stuns in the roster (at max level only), giving her potent ability to lock down the enemy. She also deals bonus anti-Human attribute damage, and has 3-time, 3-turn Invincibility and Debuff Immunity to give her additional durability and utility in challenge scenarios. Offensively, she has an ATK buff for the party, and self Quick buff before damage on her NP, and a stacking ATK buff that occurs after her NP that affects all Earth attribute allies. On top of all of these things, she comes with a 50% NP charge skill, giving her ample ability to fire off her NP. Some more niche effects she has in her kit are a self Crit Rate Resist buff (reduces chance to taking critical hits), and the ability to inflict Curse with her Quick Cards. All combined, Medusa is an ST Quick powerhouse, able to unleash an onslaught of NPs on the Master's enemy while rendering them paralyzed at the same time. She is more than capable of being self-sufficient, and her performance is only improved with Quick Supports. Masters will not be disappointed with the youngest Gorgon sister's stylish Saber incarnation.

Scathach (Assassin)
Tier C+ > C+
The Pilgrimage Festival Part 3 campaign adds a much needed upgrade to welfare Scathach (Assassin)'s first skill. Her Taunt skill's self Critical Damage buff now lasts for 3 turns instead of 1 turn, and she additionally gains anti-Divine damage bonus of 30-50% value for 3 turns. Last but not least, she finally has a 20-30% NP charge of her own. This helps ease one of the most awkward parts of using her, which was her somewhat mediocre Card NP Gain making it hard to get her NP out. Despite how helpful these changes are, it was generally agreed overall that her tier does not change and the upgrade instead helps keep her somewhat relevant to the current state of the game.

 Once again (since the current Community page doesn't let you look past the first page) wondering if we may eventually get new / updating Buster/Quick/Arts looping tier lists. I can only hope the new site may somehow make it easier to keep updated
