The mischievous kouhai returns in her latest form as a supreme celebrity. Packing a plethora of tools at her disposal, BB (Dubai) is a Damage Dealer-Support hybrid Servant capable of performing well across a wide variety of content.

To discuss BB (Dubai) as a Servant, one must first address her Noble Phantasm. BB essentially has two Noble Phantasms: C.C.C (Dubai) EX, an Arts AoE attack, and G.G.G (Dubai) EX, a teamwide supportive version. By default, her Noble Phantasm takes the offensive form, but she can switch between the two using her third skill for 3 turns. In her AoE form, her Noble Phantasm applies a 30% Special Attack modifier against [Heaven] and [Star] attribute enemies for 1 turn before dealing damage. It also reduces all enemies' Arts Resistance by 20% for 3 turns after dealing damage, and deals supereffective damage against enemies with the [Unprotected] trait, which is a debuff applied by her second skill. In her Support form, BB's Noble Phantasm grants all allies a 1-turn Invincibility buff, a 1-turn Debuff Immunity buff, and a 3-turn NP Damage boost. It also increases the NP Gauge of all allies with the [Protection Target] trait (excluding herself) by 30%, scaling with Overcharge level.

BB (Dubai) also boasts a stacked skillset packed with powerful effects, reflecting her cheating nature as an AI. City Reconstruction EX provides a teamwide Arts buff for 3 turns and a teamwide NP Gauge charge of up to 20%. It also grants all allies except herself the [Protection Target] trait for 3 turns. Allies that are either Moon Cancer or possess the [Living Human] trait receive additional benefits: a 3-turn NP Gain increase and a 3-turn NP Damage boost. Lagrange Luxury EX packs several effects into one skill: it removes all buffs from all enemies, decreases their ATK for 1 turn, applies the [Unprotected] trait to all of them (which increases BB (Dubai)'s NP Damage against these targets) and reduces their Arts Resistance for 3 turns. It further doubles down on her supportive role for Moon Cancer and [Living Human] allies by increasing their Critical Star Drop Rate and Critical Damage. City of the Golden Moon EX is another stacked skill. In addition to allowing BB to select her preferred Noble Phantasm form for 3 turns based on the situation, it also charges her own NP Gauge by up to 50% and reduces all of her skill cooldowns by 1.

BB (Dubai) has a lot going for her. In terms of support and utility, she brings a fantastic array of tools useful across a wide variety of scenarios, particularly when supporting fellow Moon Cancer Servants or any Servant with the [Living Human] trait. While the roster of Servants belonging to these categories is not especially large, it includes some very notable, high-profile members such as Mysterious Executor C.I.E.L, Tezcatlipoca, Mash Kyrielight, and other variants of the Sakura Five. Beyond her targeted support, BB (Dubai) also brings exceptionally rare and powerful teamwide effects such as Buff Removal, Debuff Immunity, NP Gauge charge, and Invincibility, making her a serious contender for challenging content with heavy gimmicks.

As an attacker, BB (Dubai) is one of the rare Damage Dealers who can access her supereffective bonus entirely on demand via her [Unprotected] debuff, and further benefits from a small bonus modifier against enemies with the [Heaven] and [Star] attributes. Her damage output is largely held back by her class offering virtually no Class Advantage in practice, but as far as AoE Arts loopers go, BB (Dubai) can definitely hold her own.

BB (Dubai) does have some notable flaws that put a dent in her otherwise stellar kit. As mentioned, her damage output can be highly inconsistent, as she relies heavily on her Noble Phantasm hitting [Unprotected] targets to deal meaningful damage, and effectively operates with no Class Advantage. Furthermore, her Support Noble Phantasm is only available for 3 turns on her third skill’s 6-turn cooldown, assuming no external cooldown support, meaning careful planning is required to use her well.

All in all, BB (Dubai) is a versatile Servant that can contribute meaningfully to most rosters. While she is far from a must-have, she will more than pull her weight for any Master willing to invest in this devilish AI.

Teamwide Support and Utilities

BB (Dubai) packs a wide array of supportive effects and rare utilities into her kit. On the offensive side, she can boost teammates' Arts card effectiveness, NP Damage, Critical Damage, NP Gain, and Critical Star Drop Rate, while also reducing enemies' Arts Resistance. This allows her to slot seamlessly into the roster of strong Arts Support Servants, especially when supporting fellow Moon Cancer Servants or Servants with [Living Human] trait. On the utility side, she brings teamwide Debuff Immunity, Buff Removal, and Invincibility, all of which help neutralize Challenge Quest gimmicks.

Strong Waveclear Capacity

BB (Dubai) is a highly competent Arts looper, thanks to her NP Gauge charge on her third skill, strong NP refund rate, and excellent neutral damage when all conditions for her supereffective modifiers are met. This allows her to function as an omnifarmer across a wide range of content, provided the nodes do not feature excessively high HP totals or awkward enemy counts that could hamper her NP refund.

Inconsistent & Conditional Damage Output

Due to her class rarely benefiting from Class Advantage, as Avenger enemies are quite uncommon, and her NP Damage being heavily dependent on hitting the right traits with proper setup, her damage output can be quite frustrating when these conditions are not met. Masters looking to use her for farming every event should seriously consider raising her NP Level, or simply slot her into a multi-core setup where she is only responsible for one or two waves.

Hard To Fully Utilize Kits

A large portion of her supportive capacity is locked behind her third skill's cooldown, and once a Noble Phantasm form is selected, BB cannot switch to the other version for 3 turns, making it quite frustrating to fully optimize her kit in practice. That said, she does reward Masters who can think creatively around her constraints, such as using her AoE Noble Phantasm to clear one wave before switching to her Support version when the situation calls for it.

All three of BB (Dubai)'s skills are well worth leveling, particularly for Masters who plan to use her frequently. Of the three, her third and first skills are the most critical to her operation and should be prioritized first.

• City Reconstruction EX - All buffs and the teamwide NP Gauge charge from this skill scale with level, making it a straightforward priority to raise.

• Lagrange Luxury EX – This skill is valued primarily for its utilities, though all of its buffs and debuffs do scale with level. It is perfectly fine to raise this skill last, after her other two.

• City of the Golden Moon EX – This is her strongest and most pivotal skill, and should be maxed as soon as possible. The reduced cooldown directly translates to greater uptime on her Support Noble Phantasm, and it also serves as her primary NP Gauge charger.

A lot of BB’s power lies within her two Noble Phantasms. As such, Starting NP Gauge is an incredibly valuable stat to look for when considering Craft Essence. For Master looking to play her as a Damage Dealer, offensive stats such as Arts Card Performance, Attack, and NP Damage are recommended to further empower her damage output. BB playing as Supports can look for more utility-focused Craft Essence that grant Passive Critical Star / NP Regen, or Teamwide Buffs.

• Ocean Flier / Golden Sumo: Boulder Tournament: These offer a 50% Starting NP Gauge alongside strong, generic offensive buffs that are highly accessible options typically obtained for free from events. In general, any CE that combines a Starting NP Gauge with Arts Performance, Attack, or NP Damage is an excellent choice for BB (Dubai) when played in a DPS role.

• Kaleidoscope / The Imaginary Element / Winter Crystal: These CEs provide massive Starting NP Gauge charges to help BB access her Noble Phantasm immediately, which is crucial for accelerating fast-clear and farming setups.

• Prisma Cosmos / A Fragment of 2030 / King of the Seraph / Therapeutic Spa: These CEs grant passive Critical Stars per turn and/or NP Gauge per turn, which truly shines in lengthy, stall-oriented, or high-difficulty fights.
