Overview
- The finale of Lostbelt 7 is here! Masters face off against Tezcatlipoca one last time. He is a Ruler Class Servant (250k, 254k, 268k, 280k HP).
- Note that Tezcatlipoca will always NP at least once every 5 turns, and if he hasn't done so, he will instantly fill his NP gauge to max and clear his own debuffs after 5 turns.
- His NP applies Ignore Invincibility before damage, so make sure to have other methods of damage mitigation or survival (such as Anti-Enforcement Defense, Guts, DEF buff stacking, etc.)
- On first break, all party members gain a helpful buff that will reduce all allies' Skill Cooldowns by 1 on death. Additionally, the boss gains permanent immunity to immobilizing debuffs and Sure Hit.
- On second break, the boss inflicts a debuff on both enemies and allies, where damage resistance is decreased by 100% if at max HP. Additionally, the boss gains Ignore Invincibility permanently.
- On third break, the boss buffs all party members' NP Gain by 100%, while gaining 1 extra NP bar per turn himself. He also gains a whopping 90% damage resistance to normal attacks, making NPs the most effective way of damaging him.
- On first death, he has a hidden effect where he will fully revive with 100% HP. He gains 3 NP Gauge, while the party's NP is filled by 300%. All party members will be stunned, and the boss will also be unable to act for a turn. The party also gets all their Normal Attack Cards sealed! At this point only NPs are available.
Team Recommendations
- Strong Single Target Avenger Damage Dealers are ideal, given their full Class Advantage against the Ruler Class boss. Berserkers are also a good secondary option.
- Note that Mash is unavailable for this fight.
- This encounter can be soloed by several Servants, especially given sufficient NP levels (see video links). Bringing in additional supports can help improve how smoothly and quickly the fight goes.
- It helps a great deal if damage dealers are alive in the front line when the boss's final HP bar is emptied for the first time. This is due to the boss's first on-death gimmick of stunning all backline Servants, and filling the frontline Servants' NP Gauges fully.
- Anti-Enforcement Defense effects such as from Castoria is one of the most straightforward ways of avoiding damage from the boss's NP. The Boss's NP otherwise applies Ignore Invincible before dealing damage.
- Taunt Support can be helpful in making sure the primary damage dealer is kept alive throughout the fight.
- NP Gauge / Damage Support of the damage dealer's card color of choice is helpful. Bringing a good Buster Crit Support such as Koyanskaya or Merlin also can come in handy even if the damage dealer does not have a Buster NP, just so their Buster Cards can crit down the Archer enemy.
