Masters must deploy NPC Yamato Takeru and their own Miyamoto Iori as part of the starting lineup. Friend Support is not available.

• NPC Yamato Takeru: Lv80 NP3 8/8/8; CE Lv20 Niten's Best Woman.
• All allied Servants have the following effect:
  • Saint's Prayer: Increase DEF by 30% [Unremovable].
• At the start of the battle, the following activates:
  • "I will never acknowledge your hell!": Immediately deplete both of the enemies' first Break Bars.
• At the start of every 3n-1 turn, the following activates:
  • Chiemon: "I'll drag you into my hell!": Decrease all enemies' DEF by 20% (3 turns) and inflict Skill Seal to all enemies (1 turn).
• At the start of every 3n turn, the following activates:
  • Chiemon: "Me! I'm the true hell!": Inflict Burn on all enemies (3 turns, 5,000 dmg/turn) and Burn Damage Up by 100% on all enemies (3 turns).
• At the start of every 3n+1 turn, the following activates:
  • Chiemon: "Use my flames to shatter that wish": Decrease one random enemy's HP by 20,000 and NP Bar by 1.
• At the start of the battle, the following effects are triggered:
  • "Slay All!": Increase allied Yamato Takeru's NP Gauge by 50%, NP Strength by 50% (1 time), and ATK by 30% (5 turns).
  • "End Everything Here": Increase allied Miyamoto Iori's NP Gauge by 50%, Critical Sstrength by 50% (5 times), and ATK by 30% (5 turns).
