• Main Quests unlock based on Mission completion, along with requiring other quests including Digression Quests, Interception Battles, and Waxing Moon Siege quests to be cleared.
• Note that the Welfare, Miyamoto Iori, joins after the final Digression Quest unlocks, which requires the Epilogue to be cleared.
