Boss Statistics

Overview

• Masters must fully defeat the Avenger from the previous encounters, with 4 HP bars (509k, 680k, 852k, 909k HP).
• The boss has the ability to act up to 6 times per turn, but if afflicted by the Hunting Monster status effect that both NPC Gorgon and NPC Avenger of Shinjuku can apply, it will only act 3 times per turn.
• NPC Gorgon inflicts Hunting Monster when using her NP.
• NPC Avenger of Shinjuku inflicts Hunting Monster when using its NP, and has a 30% of inflicting Hunting Monster when attacking normally.
• The boss starts with 40% Damage Resist against non-Avengers, immunity to Immobilizing debuffs (Stun, Charm, Petrify, etc.) and Mental debuffs. It gains DEF +25% every time it lands a crit.
• On 1st Break: Boss gets ATK +25% and DEF +50% (5 turns).
• On 2nd Break: Boss gets a delayed buff that gives it MAX NP Gauge and NP Damage +50% after every player turn, but decreases its own NP Gauge to 0 at the end of its own turn.
• It is possible to prevent the NP charge buff via JAlter's NP Nullify Buff effect.
• On 3rd Break: Boss will get a delayed buff that gives it Crit Rate +100% (2 times, 1 turn) every turn. Although this buff cannot be prevented, the Crit Rate buff applied each turn itself is removable and can be nullified.
• During its last HP bar, if the boss is not inflicted with Hunting Monster, after its 3rd action, it will get a massive Crit Rate -500% debuff for the remainder of its actions before taking its last 3 actions.

Team Recommendations

• This battle can be mostly taken care of using the NPC Support Servants, although adding a bit of support from the backline will help ensure the encounter completes more quickly. It is highly suggested to use the NPC Supports since they have a special buff that reduces the number of total actions taken by the boss.
• To help prevent the boss from gaining access to its NP every turn, Masters should try to make sure to break its 2nd HP bar using Jeanne d'Arc (Alter)'s NP such that the Nullify Buff effect is active on the boss as it uses its 2nd break effect. This entirely prevents its ability to gain Max NP Gauge and NP Damage +50% every turn after break.
• NPC JAlter and Gorgon are Buster Servants, while Avenger of Shinjuku is a Quick Servant. Masters can bring Support options such as Koyanskaya, Oberon, Merlin, or either Skadi / Skadi Ruler to help support their damage output.
